1994...2017/2018/2019/2020/2021/2022
To be semi-transparent - there have been a few blog-posts that were written but remain unpublished. Perhaps one day when, we have more perspective, the crisis' have past, and God makes a way to amplify his glory through them this side of heaven - then we may publish them. For now the Mission, Financial, Mortgage, Vehicle, Appliance, Covid, Surgery, Tornado, Job Disciplacement stories will have to remain unspoken (unpublished).
What we can say with Sober-Confidence:
We are grateful for our family, friends, church, and greater community that has loved on us and allowed us to mutually speak into their lives. All the more, we don't have enough superlatives in our vocabulary, lyrics of a song, or strokes of a paint brush to convey our praise to Jesus - the author and perfector of our unfolding story. Our Faith, Hope, and Love has been exponentially increased for God and others - through our extended time planted in Park Rapids, MN. [The Campbell Family saga goes back to Thanksgiving of 1994... lots of memories made... impactful life experiences... and transformative Kingdom of God Stuff].
It is in a posture of prayer and hope that we hold loosely the past and present, and lay it all on the altar. Trusting that the next move will be equally tranformative, if not an even greater harvest of Kingdom stuff. We are putting the entirety of ourselves, our livelyhoods, our home, our children, our ministry, our people into the offering plate of obedience and trusting that our next venture will be in the Lord's hands.
...But everything that was a gain to me, I considered to be a loss because of Christ. More than that, I also consider everthing to be a loss in view of the supassing value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. Because of Him I have suffered the loss of all things and consider them filth, so that I may gain Christ and be found in Him, not having a righteousness of my own from the law, but one that is through faith in Christ - the righteousness from God based on faith. My goal is to know Him and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings, being coformed to His death, assuming that I will somehow reach the resurretion from among the dead. Not that I have already reached the goal or am already fully mature, but I make every effort to take hold of it because I also have been taken hold of by Christ Jesus. Brothers, I do not consider myself to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and reaching forwar to what is ahead. I pursue as my goal the prize promised by God's heavenly call in Christ Jesus... (Philippians 3 HCSB)
...and so we trust that He's got this, over a quarter of a century we put behind us and press on to His Next calling...
