Time Zones - Central Standard Time vs. East Africa (Aprox. 9 hr difference)

In Flight ... Having some good study time ... and then I realized 

"Oh NO, I'm missing a file - the one I had all my prep / notes in for the conference ..."

I know what I will be doing 30,000 feet, for 20hrs +/-

Taking New Notes - at least I have the original outline ...
